Booking policies

Payment of fees and signed service (mediation) agreements are due no later than the commencement of the mediation.

Mediations or other services requiring interstate or overnight travel may require reimbursement of travel costs, this will be confirmed during the booking process. 

All bookings are subject to our Cancellation Policy, by booking you agree to these terms. 

For cancellations, we charge the following rates:

1. If you cancel a mediation 48 hours before commencement then 50% of the amount is due;

2. If you cancel a mediation less than 48 hours before commencement then the whole of the amount is due; 

3. If a PMC occurs in your mediation (being a pre-mediation conference allocated 2 - 3 weeks out from your full-day mediation date or a conference organised at your request for a half-day mediation) then the mediation is taken to have commenced from that time and your mediation fee becomes due and payable - your mediation is confirmed from that point and may be moved, consensually by both parties, to one (1) new confirmed date without any new fee incurred;

4. No fee is charged for any mediation cancelled at the PMC date or prior however the whole of the fee is due after that point.
